I cannot say enough good things about our experience with AROCON and their team members. Jason came out and was able to quickly identify the issues with our roof and explain them clearly. We opted for a full roof replacement and WOW; the pricing was beyond reasonable. Jason’s team completed our roof replacement in one day, even sending us videos and photos as they progressed! They did a fantastic job that was quick, yet thorough. They cleaned everything up behind them to our satisfaction and when we noticed a little issue with a piece of cedar that was damaged, Jason got back out immediately to replace and stain it. We are contractors ourselves and have worked with numerous contractors over the years…we have never dealt with a company that was so punctual, communicative, honest and reasonably priced. AROCON’s work was top-notch and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We recently had a full roof and gutter replacement by AROCON and it went about as well as these things can! Jason, Emmitt, Morris, Denny, Amber, and the rest of the team were responsive, friendly, and thorough. The price was reasonable and we came in under budget. The work took three days: the roof was one day, the gutters were two days later, and some final inspecting and buttoning-up work was done about a week or two after that (this last piece only took a couple hours). I appreciated that they followed up and made sure all our questions/concerns were addressed and that things were done correctly. Jason was our main point of contact from initial inspection to final inspection and it's very clear he cares deeply about his work and enjoys explaining all the details. This was a bonus for me, as I was keen to learn as much as I could as a relatively new homeowner. I think with any large project you're going to run into hiccups (rain delays, finding an occasional nail or piece of debris, needing to wait a week or two for excess plywood to be picked back up) but my dad says this is the tidiest crew he's ever seen and he's been through more roof replacements than I have, so he would know. The new roof and gutters look great, but most importantly they seem to be performing well during the rainy past few weeks. I would recommend AROCON.
